After a fairly sub-standard offering of DLC for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, Gearbox Software has given us full details on the final pack of content for the title.
Named the Claptastic Voyage, the DLC will see players venture into the quirky and often twisted mind of Claptrap. You’ll be able to go off on your travels and see familiar old faces (although there are no details yet as to who these faces will actually belong to).
Within the DLC will be another Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack, granting Vault Hunters the opportunity to level up yet another 10 levels to 70. Tacked onto it are the obligatory additional achievements/trophies and a shiny new customization arena.
Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel will see Claptastic Voyage roll up on its shores March 24 on Steam, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 (PS3 users in Europe have to wait until the following day).
It should also be noted that all of the DLC that’s been released so far for Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel will be available in upcoming compilation game Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. That’s due to be launched in North American territories March 24, with Europe lagging behind 3 days later and seeing it arrive March 27.
