Majora's Mask 3D Guide: How To Complete Snowhead Temple

Something something cold shoulder joke.

Temple Prep

Let’s move forward in Majora’s Mask 3D with a guide to Snowhead Temple. Snowhead Temple doesn’t need a whole lot of prep, but the prep that you should do beforehand is important. The most important thing that you should do before tackling the dungeon is getting the full-size Magic Power bar. To get it, you have to get all of the Stray Fairies from Woodfall Temple and turn them into the Fairy Fountain, which is located right outside the dungeon. Go into the large cave that isn’t the exit and you’ll find it. The Magic Power upgrade is important for Snowhead, especially for the boss fight with Goht; the whole temple relies heavily on Goron Link’s ability to turn into a ball of spikes when you hit top speed while rolling, and that saps Magic Power very quickly.

Also, it’s not crucial, but you can go to the Shooting Gallery in Clock Town along with the Swamp Shooting Gallery to get the Large Quiver and the Largest Quiver. They’re available and the gyroscope controls make aiming fun as hell so go ahead. Treat yo self. Get some more arrows.
