One of the PS3’s early selling features, PlayStation Home is finally closing down after over half a decade of operation. Sony announced today that they will be ceasing the production of new content on November 12th, and will be shutting it down entirely on March 31, 2015. This news, while no doubt sad for the hundreds of PS3 owners who used PlayStation Home, is not even the most shocking revelation to come out. No, the real stunner out of all this is the fact that PlayStation Home is still around at all — seriously, I thought it had been shut down years ago. Anyway, if you are one of those people crushed by this news, then here are a few ideas for how to spend your time and money in a virtual world.
