Sorry Wii U fans, Project Cars has officially been delayed to 2015. The news was confirmed today in a tweet from Lee Kirton, PR Director for Bandai Namco Games UK.
Project Cars is a racing sim from Slightly Mad Studios. The game is coming to PC, PS4, Wii U, and Xbox One. While the Wii U version of the game has been pushed back to 2015, the other three versions of the title are still on track for a November release.
“We’re committed to delivering an exceptional and unique experience for racing fans on Wii U and for this we kindly ask our devoted and passionate Nintendo for a little more time in order to ensure the game delivers on our vision of being the most authentic, beautiful, and technically-advanced racing game on any platform,” said Slightly Mad Studios, in an article from Eurogamer.
If the above trailer is any indication of the final product, Project Cars will be worth the wait for Wii U owners.
