Mark Nau of Edge of Reality took to Sony’s PlayStation Blog earlier today to announce the release of the multiplayer shooter Loadout on the PS4.
Loadout is currently known as one of Steam’s awesomely chaotic multiplayer games. It’s free-to-play with options for buying in-game skins and weapon upgrades. According to Nau, Loadout is going to be a console exclusive on the PlayStation 4 and will have the same free-to-play model that is currently found on the PC.
Although we don’t have a definitive release date for Loadout on the PS4 (the announcement trailer only said “coming soon”) there’s still plenty of Loadout to be played on Steam. If you’d like to check the game out in preparation for its eventual console release — or just to blow people up for free — you can do so here.
