E3 is just one of those events that makes your wallet cry. Thankfully for said wallets, most things announced at E3 are not immediately available. But what is unfortunate, however, are the sales that often come with E3 announcements.
Xbox’s “Deals of the Week” are now known as “Deals With Gold,” likely all a rebranding made in effort to pit Xbox Live Gold in more direct competition with Sony’s wonderful PlayStation Plus.
Anyway, with Microsoft’s E3 press conference having come and gone, Xbox has decided to mark down a number of popular titles for Xbox users.
Grand Theft Auto V, $29.99.
Grand Theft Auto IV, $4.99.
Resident Evil: Revelations, $39.99, $13.59 for XBL Gold members.
Forza Horizon, $29.99, $10.19 for XBL Gold members.
Terraria (Xbox 360 Edition), $14.99, $4.94 for XBL Gold members.
Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned, $4.99.
Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony, $7.99.
As seems likely, many of these sales were likely inspired by recent announcements of sequels or remakes in the vein of the Grand Theft Auto V port to PS4 and Xbox One as well as the announcement of Forza Horizon 2.
