As revealed on the first day of this year’s E3 event, Visceral Games is hard at work with the next entry in the Battlefield series, titled Battlefield: Hardline.
Thanks to the folks over at Gaming Bolt who were able to get in contact with Ian Milham, the creative director of Battlefield: Hardline, they were able to confirm that the game will run at 1080p and 60fps on the PS4. He also confirmed that this will be the case for the XBOX One as well.
According to Gaming Bolt, Milham had this to say about Battlefield: Hardline:
“If you look at the games that Visceral Games has made before, we have always strive for total parity between our platforms. Of course, the PC version, it will do whatever your PC can handle, and the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions will obviously not be as high res as compared to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version. But those two [PS4 and Xbox One] should be locked in together.”
Battlefield: Hardline will be released later this year for the PS3, PS4, XBOX One, XBOX 360, and PC.
