Like any other console, the Wii had its share of promising games that were cancelled for one reason or another. Usually this signifies the end of the game, but luckily this isn’t the case for one intriguing game. Developer HullBreach Studios and Cthulhi Games are collaborating to bring back the psychological horror game Sadness as a Wii U exclusive.
When the game was first announced it had an intriguing design decision where the character’s hands were controlled by the Wiimote and nunchuk. In Sadness, players had to face their fears while trying to avoid the nightmares of the lead character and was slated to have eight different endings.
The co-developers have promised more details about the game during Indie Sanctum 2014 in October.
