You know I’m always surprised by the surprising staying power of the Hyperdimension Neptunia series despite having many successful installments and spinoffs. I suppose it’s because I’ve personally never played a single title in the series. All that might change however as Idea Factory has announced that Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 will be making its way west this summer to both North America and Europe.

The remake of the first game for the PS Vita will feature new graphics, event scenarios, endings, new characters, and gameplay mechanic overhauls to bring back fans of the series while series newcomers like myself get another opportunity to finally check out the series that has spanned five games and an anime adaptation.
