Borderlands 2 Gets Valentine's Day DLC

If there’s any game you can count on for frequent DLC release, it’s Borderlands 2. The Headhunter DLC packs which started up in September 2013 are reaching their end with the last pack coming out in April. Until then, the latest Headhunter DLC pack will arrive just in time for Valentine’s Day.

The DLC titled “Mad Moxxi and the Wedding Day Massacre” will feature the same type of format as the previous Headhunter packs. There will be some story-driven content and after defeating a boss, you’ll receive a skin/head for your character. The premise of “Mad Moxxi and the Wedding Day Massacre” is a conflict between the families Hodunk and Zaford which may sound familiar if you played through the main campaign of Borderlands 2. The story will eventually have you looking for the ingredients of a love potion with the help of Moxxi, so it’ll be sure to promote the Valentine’s Day spirit.

You can expect “Mad Moxxi and the Wedding Day Massacre” to be available on February 11th on the PS3, Xbox 360, Mac, and PC with a yet undisclosed release presumably headed to the Vita in the future.
