Mario and Luigi Come Together in New Wii U Deluxe Bundle

Great news for fans of Nintendo’s most famous brothers who haven’t yet picked up the Wii U! Nintendo has announced that on Nov. 1, a new Wii U Deluxe bundle will hit stores, packaging the system with both New Super Mario Bros. U and it’s follow-up New Super Luigi U. With a price tag of $299 on the set, it’s clear that Nintendo has taken notice of their current sales trends – which are actually looking up in the last month – and hope to build on some momentum coming into the holidays.

I’ve already got a Wii U and both of these games, but if I didn’t, I’d definitely be taking notice of this package for Christmas this year — these are two solid titles for gamers both young and old, as I rambled about in one of my Next-Gen Gamers articles, and I’d seriously recommend this sweet little bundle as a great grab for parents looking to get their kids into a current-gen console without the heftier costs associated with the other around-the-corner releases from Sony and Microsoft.
