[Community] Stream Schedule, the Backlog and YOU!

Hey Twinfiknights, how’s it goin’? I hope you’re all feeling fat and sassy from all of the great holiday food and booze.

So as some of you may know, we’ve been streaming games over on our Twitch.tv channel for the past few months now. We’ve never really had a set schedule before; whoever felt like streaming would just hop on. Now that almost every staff member is capable of streaming (poor Tyler lives in the middle of nowhere) we’d like to get a more regular schedule set up. Setting up a schedule will allow us to bring more regular streaming content to you, our lovely readers/listeners/watchers/best friends forever.

We’re currently working on finalizing a schedule, and that information will be posted to the site as soon as all of the kinks are ironed out.

If you’re unfamiliar with our Twitch channel, or new to Twinfinite altogether, let me break it down for you: our goal with streaming is to not only provide entertainment, but to get to know and hang out with you. We love playing games, and in my opinion at least, games are always better with friends.

We often get asked “so, what kind of games do you stream?” Well, since our staff is made up of many different personalities, the things we stream are always changing. We do it all; retro, RTS, FPS, MMO, RPG… even some sports games if you can believe that. We also stream our podcast, the “Twinfinite Sexy Fun Time Podcast” live to our channel every Sunday night. That’s always a blast. Occasionally we’ll be graced with the presence of a special guest. Recently we had Edmund McMillen on our stream talking about his upcoming game.

With that being said, part of this new schedule will be the Backlog. I’m not 100% on the schedule yet, but I’m thinking one or two nights out of the week starting at 8:00 pm EST / 5 pm PST I will start working on some of the stuff I have backlogged. The issue is I’m not entirely sure where to start. This is where I’d like some community input: I’m gonna post a few games at the end of this post. If there’s one in particular you’d like to see, let me know in the comments. If there is a tie or no one cares enough, I’ll just pick something at random.

So yeah, I just wanted to give you all a heads up as to what we’re planning for our channel. Streaming is one of the most enjoyable things I’ve done with the site so far, and I look forward to many more nights hanging out with all of ya. Don’t forget to hit the “follow” button on our twitch.tv page, this will let you know whenever we go live so you don’t miss out!

This is what you're looking for. I promise.

Backlog list: Dishonored (PC), Trinity Universe (PS3), Pid (PC), Darksiders II (PC), Valkyria Chronicles (PS3)
