For those console owners that were sitting around waiting patiently while all your PC friends were laughing and having a good time playing Penny Arcade’s On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness Episode 3, I have good news for you. The game went live this morning after a really silly bug crash delayed it for a week from certification at Microsoft. Now, if you want to yank your hard drive out of your Xbox in the middle of saving your game, you can without the fear of the game crashing.
For those of you still waiting off on purchasing this through Steam in the hopes that some sort of Summer Sale will include the title, keep waiting. “If you’re waiting for the mythical Steam Summer Sale for a Rain-Slick 3 discount, you’re going to be very disappointed,” lead designer Robert Boyd said earlier via twitter. Seriously, if you need any better incentive than getting 3 games right now for $5, wow.
In other news, Cthulhu Saves the World is finally on Android! This essentially blocks every possible excuse you could have ever made for not playing this game. Use your smartphones for something intelligent and pick up a fun JRPG.
