Sometimes collaborations can be too good to be true, like the marriage of Level-5, Studio Ghibli, and Namco Bandai. In short, infuse Level-5’s polished gameplay with animations from Hayao Miyazaki’s studio and the prospect of failure quickly becomes nigh unthinkable.
While a trailer has previously been available, E3 2012 has blessed us with another look at the darker side of Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch.
April of this year gave us our first look at the PlayStation 3 exclusive, and the new trailer provides some more details about protagonist Oliver’s adventures.

Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch will be published by Namco Bandai and is scheduled for release on January 25, 2013. Until then, be sure to check out our hands-on preview of the game.
